The San Diego Figure Infusion weekend Package |

Mary Bell will meet with 1-25 ladies for the weekend. Athletes will come in on Friday, where the weekend starts with getting to know each other, then we head to the gym to train with techniques specifically suited for building a Figure body. Saturday is "Everything Figure" which will included gym training. We will go through, suit selection, staining, tanning , stage presentation, Posing, Stage Walk, Nutrition and Training Programs. Mary will help you select a suit, shoes, make-up and hairstyle for your show! All aspects of Competing will be covered, all questions will be answered. Sunday is Figure Stage Simulation, with your suit, heals, make up, the whole 9 yards. You will have the opportunity to have a consultation with Mary's Nutritionist before leaving Sunny San Diego and on the Road to becoming the next Figure Pro. |
