Biography
Mary Bell was raised by her grandparents and mother to whom she attributes her excellent work ethic. She trains extremely hard, maintains a strict pre-competition diet, and she prepares herself for competitions without the use of steroids or drugs of any kind.
Mary has a positive attitude and a realistic view when it comes to competition. She acknowledges that her chosen sport is a tough one especially for women, keeping that in mind she continues to strive for perfection in her sport, and she realizes that without a positive attitude and a strong mind you can defeat yourself before you even get started.
Ms. Bell puts in the work necessary to win, and when she steps on stage everyone can tell that she is a winner even if she doesn't take home the prize that day, and she tries to instill in her clients the same positive attitude, will power, and zest for life that she displays at every competition.
When training clients Mary leads by example, and her expertise as an instructor is unsurpassed. Her inspirational words and actions help her clients to eliminate the fear of failure and progress to their maximum potential. Remember...

Ms. Bell is a well known Figure Champion and Contest Preparation Coach who is based in Laurel, Maryland and trains daily to stay competitive and perfect her skills.
In addition to holding several Pro Titles, Mary also maintains a professional career and holds a Masters Degree from UMAB, School of Social Work.
